AMENITIES

By implementing a strategy that makes Heritage the best outdoor private sporting club in Florida, we have been able to create a beautiful backdrop for the camp consisting of Florida oak and palm hammock overlooking the sunset to the west. Individual cottages surround the lodge, which continue the rustic Florida theme seen throughout the camp.

Two Florida Natives from Leesburg, a dynamic husband and wife team, with a passion for creating unique culinary experiences. We specialize in catering, buffets, BBQ feasts, and desserts for private and corporate events. Together we bring joy, happiness, and fun entertainment through our culinary creations.

Chef Eric specializes in Wild Game Cuisine, sausage creations, barbecue fortes and charcuterie. He also has vast knowledge and experience of dry-aged meats. He graduated top of his class at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.

Chef Emily is a personal chef and cookbook author of The Jubilee Café Cookbook. She has a passion for creating beautifully delicious desserts. She also creates signature spice blends to compliment a variety of proteins and vegetables that bring exceptional flavors to your meals.

Our Story

Eric and Emily met at the Lake-Christian after-school program when they were 5 years old. While playing tag on the playground, Emily ran right up to Eric and said, “I’m going to kiss you,” and she did! They became instant friends. As they grew older, they lost contact due to attending different schools throughout their Elementary and High School years. Their paths crossed again 40 years later during the 2020 Covid pandemic when a mutual friend started a social media group for posting pictures of meals they were making at home. After seeing they had similar chef talents, Eric purchased Emily’s spice blends. It sparked conversations of childhood memories and they soon realized their gifts complimented each other in the most beautiful way. While Eric is formally trained in culinary arts and specializes in dry-aged meats, Emily has experience as a personal chef and a knack for creating unique herb and spice combinations, as well as baking creative and delicious desserts. They also have a passion for fishing, especially fly-fishing, and enjoy time together on the water. In all they do, they want to honor and thank God for the gift of each other and the opportunity to share their skills and talents with others and their community.
