Heritage provides the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Florida wilderness with family and friends. Consisting of scenic property, numerous facilities and annual improvements, we offer our members a wide variety of opportunities and services for their enjoyment. Our members can expect an atmosphere that is family-centered, safe for children and encourages the development of strong relationships.

Heritage consists of approximately 35,000 acres bordering the St. Johns River to the east and extending west approximately 7 miles. Ten Mile creek actively flows most of the year to the St. Johns River and divides the property North and South. As you travel east, the property consists of a variety of oak hammocks, pine flats and cypress heads leading to a vast marsh which is the headwaters of the St. Johns River. The property is thriving with livestock, wild game and fish. Heritage established a game management program in 2016 then revised and improved in 2022 which focuses on the healthy management of the natural resources such as quail, deer, turkey, ducks and fish.
