Heritage was established in 2015 and encompasses approximately 35,000 acres.
The property is located in a beautiful stretch of Florida landscape boarding the St. John’s River approximately 12 miles west of Melbourne, Florida. With our breathtaking scenery, not only does Heritage offer great exposure to deer, turkey, quail, ducks and fishing, it is an escape for families and friends to experience premier lodging, fine dining and private event space.
